The Weldmark® by Tweco® 15HFC Series Heavy Duty Flux-cored Contact Tip accommodates 1/16" (1.6mm) flux cored wire and is perfect for use with 200 - 500 A Tweco® No.5 MIG guns as well as specific MIG gun series. This contact tip has excellent electrical properties and is ideal for use in heavy duty welding applications up to 500 A. It features a part number and wire diameter for easy identification. 1.59" Contact tip with .3125-24 UNF thread size has 0.073" nominal ID and 0.345" OD. This contact tip is made from extruded or gun-drilled 122 DHP copper alloy and machined from a copper alloy tubing to offer a consistent as well as smooth surface on inside diameter with +/-0.003" tolerance. It has threaded style that ensures proper contact with the gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. (25/pack)
